Anxiety might hold you back from opportunities, cloud your thoughts with self-doubt, or create a sense that you’re never quite “doing enough.” Anxiety can also feel incredibly lonely and isolating. You might feel like no one else understands what you're going through, like you're the only one struggling, or that you "should" be able to handle it by yourself.
